With a sharpened product focus, expanded founding team, and rising market traction, Mindfuel positions Delight as the leading impact management platform for data and AI teams.
Munich, 2.7.2025. Mindfuel is entering its most focused and ambitious chapter yet. By selling its Studio business to AdEx Partners, now completing the full transition to SaaS, the company is doubling down on Delight, the first and only impact management platform built to help data and AI teams deliver measurable business outcomes.
This shift reflects more than a change in the business model. It’s a decisive move to define a new category at the intersection of strategy, data, and measurable impact. As companies face growing pressure to turn AI investments into results, Delight is fast becoming the essential infrastructure for organizations serious about operationalizing data and AI at scale.
With a clear product vision, growing enterprise traction, and the addition of a new co-founder, Mindfuel is now positioned to lead the next wave of data and AI adoption.
“Mindfuel was founded as a SaaS company, and now we’re completing that journey,” said Nadiem von Heydebrand, CEO & Co-Founder of Mindfuel. “While we’ve learned a lot from our Studio business, its sale unlocks new potential for everyone involved. We’re now fully focused on scaling Delight. With absolute clarity and commitment, we’re charting a product-first course to bring our vision to life across industries and geographies.”
Delight is the first platform that enables data and AI teams to manage strategy and impact – not just pure delivery. It connects use cases to data products and makes value visible from day one. By aligning demand, assets, and outcomes in one place, Delight helps teams and business stakeholders move in sync.
This is only the beginning, with new features, deeper integrations, and international expansion already underway.
“Delight is the result of years working closely with data and AI teams,” said Maximilian Könnings, CPO & Co-Founder. “It’s ironic that the very teams driving innovation are still stuck managing workflows in spreadsheets and slide decks. That fragmentation holds them back. Delight gives data leaders the structure they need to prioritize, execute, and prove impact, so they can finally turn use cases into measurable outcomes.”
Andreas Mazat joins the founding team as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), where he will lead all customer-facing functions and focus on helping data and AI teams deliver measurable business impact at scale. He has been part of Mindfuel since its early days, playing a key role in the company’s evolution across several leadership roles, most recently as Director of Data Product Management.
With deep expertise in data and AI, product strategy, and organizational transformation, he brings a rare combination of strategic vision and execution. His entrepreneurial mindset and cross-functional experience will be central to scaling Mindfuel’s SaaS business model and building the capabilities needed to drive widespread adoption of Delight.
“Joining the founding team at this stage feels like a natural next step. I have seen how much our customers strive to turn data and AI into real business outcomes, and how much easier it could be with the right structure and tooling in place. With Delight, we are building that missing piece: a platform that helps data leaders drive and prove measurable impact. I am excited to help lead this next chapter,” says Andreas Mazat.
Florian Heinemann, Founding Partner at Project A Ventures, Mindfuel’s Lead Investor, states: “We have supported Mindfuel since day one, and what the team has now achieved is a rare combination of strategic clarity and execution. By committing fully to a focused SaaS model, building a product that tackles one of the most critical challenges in the data and AI space, and expanding the founding team with an experienced leader like Andreas, Mindfuel is exceptionally well-positioned for its next phase of growth.”
